I am taking a few moments time out to send my warmest Christmas and Holiday wishes to all my followers and friends. Although we live in a world that has created this ungodly commercial atmosphere, at the end of the day, when all the gifts have been opened and the food has been eaten and the leftovers are in the refrigerator, it truly is all about the memories.

Take the time today to let your family and friends know that you love and care about them. Let them know that in time of need that you will be there to support them. Lend a hand to someone that has needs that you can easily fulfill. Call someone that you have not spoken to in a long time. It may mean the world to those that you reach out to.

Memories will never be forgotten. They will be handed down to future generations.

No-one will remember the food – they will remember the mother or grandmother that made it so special when they made it. The holiday cookies that you made with your mother when you were a child.

No-one will remember any single gift that they received – they will remember the effort that was made to go out in the snowstorm or wait on that incredibly long line. They will remember the joy and happiness on the face of the person when they opened it.

These will be the stories talked about. Make certain you have a hand in creating them or else you will have nothing.
