New York City – April 2017
It seems that I can never tire of taking pictures of the New York City skyline – daytime, nighttime, summer, winter or fall. There is just something dynamic and even though it seems not to change, there is change there every time I stop and look. It never ceases to impress me and always lets me know that it’s the greatest city in the world!
Just another casual Sunday, a late lunch with my son in Hoboken. We talked about everything and nothing….just continuing to share each others company and time. It is so precious – time. Never take it for granted. Although we always wish for that future vacation and when will Friday ever come…..we need to realize the days, weeks and months that we wish away to get to that weekend or vacation and want behind us can never be had again. They are lost forever. Cherish each minute, hour and day. Share them with the people that are most important to you.
So it’s 7 PM and if I hurry I can get to Liberty State Park for the 7:45 hopefully spectacular sunset. Here in my gallery you will see just a few of the 75 or so pictures that I shot of the Trade Center, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty and a memorial of a soldier carrying a wounded comrade out of harms way that is at the park.
I tried to capture each from just a little different angle. A view that you might not have thought to take. Enjoy the pictures. Get down to the park and experience this yourself one summer evening. By eight I was pretty frozen and happy to get back to my car for the ride home. I couldn’t wait to see what I had captured!

Hi Wolfgang,
My first time here and I love the space and content. I saw about 8 photos of your NYC April 2017 trip but in your blog you talk about 75. Did I miss the others. I also put in my email but I did not get a confirmation email. Let me know what I need to do! Happy Travels Mi Amigo!
Thanks for the comment….checking up on the email thingy.
